Postponed Event.
In the event of a postponement, we will contact you by email of the rescheduled date. Refunds on postponements are usually handled through the venue or promoter. We will do our best to assure that you are refunded if necessary. Again, service fees are non-refundable. Lack of response to initial date-change notification email indicates your consent to transfer tickets to the new date or time. We will contact you via the email address that you provided to us on checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is current and deliverable.
